Our Team
Editor-in-chief George Brown
George Brown studied in Dalhousie University, where he completed his Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering. He has been a tools has been doing sports journalism for over 10 years now. Having developed a very outgoing personality from a very young age, he chased his passion in sports journalism and started working as a production assistant at a local radio station while still in college. His alma mater is Arizona State University, where he completed his Bachelor’s degree on sports journalism. While working for the sports industry, he had had the opportunity to work for various newspapers as sports reporter.
His recent works has been featured in Tools Illustrated Magazine, where he spent his last couple of years before finally retiring and setting his mind to opening his own online magazine outlet Tool Spicer. During the course of his career as a reporter, he came across Chris Rose – a famous sports broadcaster, who has joined the Tool Spicer management team and is now helping him out with running this engineering tool site.
Executive Editor Chris Rose
An experienced engineer, who has served in civil industry for almost two decades. Having the privilege of working in a wide variety of roles in sports – from basketball sports commentator to studio analyst for NCAA college football. He worked as the co-host for sports related talk shows on MLB Networks and NFL Networks. Currently, he is working as a studio host for several tv programs that are featured in NFL Network.
He graduated from Ohio University with a Bachelor’s degree in Communications. He has joined part-time in SportBozz and is co-managing the magazine outlet with Editor-in-chief, George Brown – lending his expertise in editorial issues and communications.

Emily Jonathan
Emily Jonathan has been an avid sports player since childhood. She is an avid camping & hiking enthusiast – going for an adventure every summer along the trails of the mountains in Vancouver, Canada. Not only that but also she has myriads of experiences with sports hobbies – like playing tennis, kayaking with friends. Her dad was a veteran golfer at Vancouver Golf Club, British Columbia – and she used to accompany her dad sometimes to the golf course when she was young.
With all the experiences she gathered about recreational activities, she now has vast knowledge on sports equipment – and even has a wide collection of her past sporting gadgets, which are now kept in her master closet, dedicated for display. Moreover, like with many renegade sports enthusiasts, she also developed a knack for care-free living and a life full of freedom, where she is not bound by the 9 to 5 office culture. That was the moment she joined our company as a freelance writer and photographer – and with SportBozz team realizing her potentials and talents – was glad to have her in.
Anthony Barkhouse
Anthony Barkhouse is our professional fitness and personal training coach. He was trained by quite a few legendary symbolic coaches as the fitness trainer Aaron Williamson. His passion is about keeping a healthy diet and staying fit. Sometimes, he goes out for boating and fishing during the summer in his hometown, and even had the thrilling experience of scuba diving. Every few years he participates in Detroit Free Press Marathon.
Now, his life is devoted in coaching young aspiring athletes in kick boxing. Editor-in-chief, George Brown and Executive Editor, Chris Rose sought him out to invest his knowledge and expertise valuable for our writing contribution.
